Printing Questions And Capabilities
What is an underbase?
An under base is a layer of white ink that is printed first and then the other ink colors on top when printing dark garments with plastisol inks.
When printing most colors on dark garments the color of the shirt will show through the ink.
If you print yellow ink printed on a blue shirt the ink will look green. This is where the white base comes into play and prevents this from happening.
How many colors can you print?
We print up to 6 different ink colors at a time in one location.
Will the printing fade on my shirts after a few washings?
No, our plastisol printed shirts are durable and the print outlives the garment.
