Ordering Guidelines

Minimums

Our minimum is 30 pieces per style for custom printing and contract printing.

Payment

We require all orders to be 50% upfront. If payment has not been made the order will not be processed. We accept major credit cards: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express

Artwork

All Artwork must be submitted in a photoshop or illustrator format at least 300 DPI. If created in Photoshop please send artwork with layers. If done in Illustrator make sure the text is converted to outlines. If artwork is not sized we can size to fit on the smallest shirt to the largest shirt and make it work for all sizes. Please make sure your artwork is not of poor quality.

Artwork Approval

Job sheets will be sent via email within a reasonable time after order has been placed. Job sheets must be approved or acknowledged with a response within 48 hours. If you do not approve do not approve the mock up within 48 hours your order may be delayed. After approvals are signed or consented via email there will be no changes. Please be sure to check your mockups for artwork accuracy such as: Color, dimensions, spelling and product information. If you would like for your measurements to be exact, please get yourself a tape measure and measure out the dimensions that are provided to you on your job sheet.

Adding additional pieces to the order, changing graphic color. Additional fees and extra production time may be applied. Anything added to your order after the order has been placed may acquire additional fees

Cancellations

All orders are final, if a cancellation is made it must be made within 24 hours. Once order has been placed you will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus a partial payment covering any services already provided. Absolutely no cancellations will be allowed if the order is already in process or any printing has been done.

Note:* If your order is a rush there are no changes allowed after your order has been placed.

Rush Orders

We do offer rush services, but this service is not always available. In order for your order to be considered as a rush we need the following: Rush orders depending on the timeframe are subject to a 30-50% charge.

Turnaround Time

Our turnaround time is usually 10-14 business days. If we are extremely busy our turnaround can vary from 14-21 business days. If you have a specific date that you must have your production by, please let us know.

Shipping & Deliveries

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. Customer must inform us when placing the order if the rush will be shipped to a specific location. We use our FED EX/UPS account and add shipping cost to your invoice.

Pantone Color Match

Pantone color match is available at an additional cost of $55
