Custom Shirt Tag Removal & Printing

Want to brand your shirts to make them look unique with custom clothing labels and custom shirt tags? We can easily help you with that by removing the manufacturer’s sewn in tags and replacing it with a printed 1 color design custom tag on the inside of the shirt. Please note that some brands work better with Clothing Tag Removal. We recommend American Apparel, Anvil, & Gildan.

When doing custom printed tags on white shirts you run the risk of the tag showing through the back. We recommend using a light grey ink (Cool Gray 3C) when printing custom clothing labels on white shirts to help prevent this. Note: Some garments do not de-tag well, see our Print Warnings page for more info.

ATTENTION: By law all custom printed shirt tags are required to list Country of Origin and Fabric. If you are printing on multiple brands and fabrics, additional tag files will be needed. See the Federal Wool & Trade Act for more information.

Gildan 8000 & all Hanes Garments contain Heat-Pressed tags! Sorry, we cannot print custom clothing tags on these garments.

Printed tags can only be 1-Color and require a 50 Piece Minimum. 3.5″ x 3.5″ Max Print Size. Adds up to 1 week to turnaround time. Printed tags on white shirts may show through the back of the shirt. Hanes, Alternative and some other brands may not work for tag removal.

Woven Labels

Sewn Tag Creation & Application

Another great way to brand your shirts with custom clothing labels is by having your own custom sewn tags. We can put sewn tags in the neck of the shirt (either in place of the original tag or on top of it), on the hem of the sleeve or the hem of the bottom of the shirt.

We offer Custom Woven Labels starting at a minimum quantity of 100 pieces.

Folding & Bagging

Let us fold and bag your shirts for you for a nice professional touch. This helps keeps your shirts organized and clean. We also apply a size sticker onto each bag so you know what size is inside.
